The farm
A modern hen house in an old valley.
Døskeland lies in Sande in Sunnfjord. We produce eggs from free-range hens, keep old Norse spælsau sheep, rent out cabins and offer salmon fishing and deer hunting licences. Animal welfare and food safety matter to us — that is what makes good, healthy eggs.

A modern facility. Free-range hens.
The farm has a modern egg facility for 7,500 free-range hens. The eggs go from the hen house, through grading and straight into the fridge at the farm shop.
Cabin rental
Sleep with the river outside the window.
Four cabins beautifully placed along the scenic salmon river Gaula. Each has a well-equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom, 2–4 bedrooms sleeping 4–6, wifi and satellite TV.
